This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, for example through use of our website, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. We may process information you give us, including, but not limited to, your name and surname, email address and other contact details.

3 HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use your information to interact with you (for example to answer a question you ask via our website’s ‘Contact Us’ Page), to process Donations to Global Golf4Cancer, and to send you our monthly newsletter communication, ‘4 thoughts...’ if you choose to receive it. Only with your prior consent will we ever use your information for marketing purposes, and only with your prior consent will we ever disclose your information to third parties other than is necessary to process and collect Donations to Global-Golf4-Cancer.

4 LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

The legal basis for our use of information for the purposes described in this policy will typically include:
• When the processing is necessary to collect a Donation that you wish to make to us;
• Because we have your consent to our use of your information;
• Where we are subject to a legal obligation and need to use your personal information in order to comply with that obligation.

5 RETAINING YOUR INFORMATION
We take steps to ensure that the personal information that you provide is retained for only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. After this period it will be deleted. Where we have collected the personal information based on your consent and we have no other lawful basis to continue with that processing, then we will delete your personal information.

We will only share your information with government, law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when we consider the disclosure to be fair, reasonable and legal, or when legally obligated to do so.

We do our best to ensure the security of our website. These include: the right to object to and / or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal information, the right to access your personal information, and the right to erase, restrict or receive a machine-readable copy of your personal information.
